This is aptly named for two reasons. One, it's really easy to pull on with any top and a pair of ballet flats to hit the road and look polished in that effortless, California girl way.

Two, the number of times you'll have to pull over once you're on the road will make you appreciate the ease with which you can hit the ladies' room in this skirt. (By the way, now that I have kids, I only call it the potty -- had to actually backspace and replace it with a term those of you who are preggers with your first will still recognize!)
