Cream with brown flowers (sold out, but it gives you
a sense of the length)

"I'm not bad, I'm just
drawn that way." If it's been a while since you uttered words like
Jessica Wabbitt, but you need to get your groove back, check out these hot
little summery skirts we found from someone totally unconnected to
maternity and nursing!
It's true -- these great skirts are made by people who are
totally unaware of lactating breasts and
stretch marks and average girth gain for the second trimester. That
is why they are particularly cute and cheap! Here's how they work: they're
cut on the bias for a flattering flutter around your legs (yes, I haven't
shaved mine in ages, but it's time again) and the waist can be
worn high (kinda geeky) or low (under the belly you sport whether you're
preggers or not) and secured by the two side drawstrings (meaning no
unsightly drawstring bump in your midsection).

Perfect for the 2nd trimester
- 100% rayon
- from India
- hand wash cold; line dry (I've machine washed on
gentle quite successfully, just fyi)
Here's how the
sizing works, more or less:
- The large fits from 12 to 16; the fully open waist
measures 42 inches.
- The lengths from the side are around 26 to 28 inches,
but remember the skirt's cut on the bias, so the size of your tushie
and thighs will take up a lot of the length.
From right: Black with white flowers or black with
pink flowers (click to enlarge)
